The Monterey Elks Lodge

Plateau Jazz Band plays for the Monterey Hot Jazz Society monthly dance.
The Elks Lodge has a big dance floor and a great view of The Bay. The Jammers (the MHJS house band) will play when Plateau takes a break, so it will be a full afternoon of music. Non-dancers are welcome too.
The event is a special holiday fundraiser for Salvation Army. Admission is 3 cans of food and an unwrapped toy, or an appropriate monetary donation. There will also be a mid-afternoon potluck. Plan to bring a buffet dish to serve 6-8. Further details can be found on the MHJS website:
